Michele Wilde
"I have been a member of a credit union all of my adult life and I believe in the cooperatives values that they stand for. I want to further serve the membership by ensuring the longevity of our Credit Union and its commitment to our community.

Obviously the positive mandate of our membership to become a federal credit union is going to be a challenge with the amount of change we will experience in the next few years. The velocity of change not only in the technology sector but also especially in the financial services industry will be a very big challenge to position ourselves for continued growth. One of the biggest opportunities that I see is that the next generation are more values based than our generation and this aligns better with our cooperative principles.

More... Expand/Collapse

As a business owner for the past 21 years, I feel I can bring some practical experience and knowledge to the board in the areas of customer service and human resources. I also have a background in sales and marketing as I worked part time for Rawlco Radio for 10 years. As president of various community school councils for the past 9 years, I realize how important volunteerism is to our community and how much Innovation values this principle.

I am passionate about my community and have life experiences that will help lead Innovation forward. Innovation was founded in many communities and it is important to have representation from our rural areas."
