Mandatory Masks
As per Saskatchewan Government and SHA guidelines, we ask all visitors to any of our advice centre/branches, to wear a mask. Thank you for your cooperation!

We also want to remind you that we have safety protocols and procedures in place to protect your safety and wellbeing.
  • We require branch/advice centre visitors to sanitize their hands before entering our facilities.
  • We thoroughly disinfect meeting rooms before and after appointments.
  • We disinfect our ATMs and service areas frequently throughout the day.
  • We guide social distancing with signage and floor decals.
  • We have plexiglass barriers for your protection.
We encourage you to bank remotely with us when you can or take advantage of our ATM/drop box deposit service. We’ll deposit your funds within 2 hours of receiving them in a drop box during our regular business hours.

Our advice centres are open to serve you according to our regular hours of service. You're still more than welcome to continue banking  remotely with us through the following channels:

  • Our call centre, open to serve you Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays/Sundays, 9am to 6pm. Simply call us at 1.866.446.7001 to learn how we can help!

  • ATM and drop box deposit, available for physical deposits you must make. Simply put your deposit in an envelope, along with your name and account number. We'll be sure to deposit the funds in a timely manner.

  • Digital banking services, including our mobile app and online banking. Both are available 24/7 and offer remote deposit capture and Interac e-Transfer. Visit our YouTube how-to video channel for help banking safely online.

Bank easier from home
We've made some service enhancements to help you bank easier from the comfort of home, particularly through these challenging times:

  • Online banking/mobile app how-to videos are available on our YouTube channel to guide you through day-to-day banking services.

  • Call centre staff have been increased from 20 to 100 to reduce wait times. Our average wait time is 18 seconds, with most calls being answered in under 20 seconds.
  • Call centre hours of service have been extended from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate your changing schedules.

  • Call centre fees have been removed so that we can serve you over the phone at no cost.

  • Most holds have been removed on remote deposit capture so you can access your cheque funds immediately after using our app.

  • Increased tap limits are available on most debit cards to protect you from handling POS machines or coming within 6 feet of a cashier.

Government Assistance During COVID-19 Expand/Collapse

The Federal and Provincial Governments are offering a number of assistance programs that can help if you've been impacted financially through COVID-19. For a full listing of COVID-19 Support Programs please visit www.canada.ca and the  Government of Saskatchewan website.

Employed or Self-Employed Canadians

The Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) gives financial support to employed and self-employed Canadians who are directly affected by COVID-19.

Once you're approved for CERB, register for direct deposit of your payment with us. It's a convenient and secure way for you to receive your CERB benefits.

Is it safe to visit an advice centre? Expand/Collapse

At this time, we are encouraging members to bank remotely, and avoid visiting an advice centre if possible. If you must visit an advice centre, masks are mandatory. We have taken precautions to enhance your and our staff’s safety including:
  • Encouraging Social Distancing. The number of members able to enter an advice will vary by location to accommodate the 6-foot rule of social distancing.
  • Member Education. Signs in our entry way, floor decals, and Innovation staff are available to help guide you, and ensure we are safely managing social distance and traffic flow.
  • Physical Partitions. New plexiglass barriers have been installed at all locations to protect members and staff.
  • Hand Sanitizer. Hand sanitizer stations will be set up at our entrances, with all visitors required to sanitize their hands prior to entering our advice centre.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Procedures. Procedures will be put in place, with regular sanitization of ATMs and common surfaces to protect members and staff.
  • Drop Box Deposits. Where possible, you may be encouraged to use the drop box for deposits, with staff available to process your deposits, multiple times per day.

Important Tips to Avoid InteracĀ® e-Transfer Fraud Expand/Collapse

Attackers are increasing their fraud efforts as we deal with COVID-19. Stay safe from Interac e-transfer fraud by following these best practices.
  • REGISTER FOR AUTO DEPOSIT 
    Having funds automatically deposited into your account removes the risk of a criminal intercepting the deposit email.

  • USE ANSWERS THAT ARE NOT EASY TO GUESS
    Ensure the answer to your question cannot be easily guessed or found on social media. If the notification is intercepted, it will be harder for a criminal to answer and steal the funds.

  • DO NOT PUT THE ANSWER TO THE SECURITY QUESTION IN THE MESSAGE BOX
    Only share the answer via a secure channel (e.g. in person or over the phone).

  • PROTECT YOUR EMAIL’S SECURITY
    Be cautious of phishing links. Don’t stay logged in when you’re away from your computer. Use strong passwords that are difficult to guess.

  • REGISTER FOR ONLINE BANKING EMAIL / TEXT ALERTS and immediately notify us if you sense anything suspicious about your transaction.
