Our banking system update will impact the following services:

  • Digital banking – Online banking and our mobile app will be unavailable.
  • ATM and POS transactions could be impacted.
  • Direct Deposits and scheduled payments/transfers will be delayed until after the update.
  • IVR telephone banking will be unavailable.

Please have extra cash or a credit card on hand just in case.

The outage will take place 8PM (CST) Saturday, January 4th to 9AM (CST) Sunday, January 5th. 

The following services are impacted:

  • online banking and mobile app (this will include bill payments and Interac e-Transfer®),
  • ATMs and Point-of-Sale transactions (please be sure to have extra cash or a credit card on hand just in case),
  • Direct Deposits and scheduled payments/transfers will be delayed until after the update, and
  • IVR telephone banking.

Any payments and transfers won’t go through during the outage but will immediately following. Sorry for the delay!

We will manually adjust your payments so that no extra accrued interest will be paid.

Any Direct Deposits won’t appear in your account during the outage but will immediately following. Sorry for the delay!

Any submissions during the outage will be processed immediately following. Sorry for the delay!

They will. You won’t receive any banking alerts e.g. low balance alerts, during the banking system update duration.
