Short Code

Short code is a special type of telephone number that’s significantly shorter than full-length telephone numbers. It's typically 5 to 6 digits long.

Because we may be sending many messages a day to members, using a longer phone number may result in the message being filtered as spam. Short code messages are pre-approved by carriers and are not subject to filtering. This makes short code perfect for sending high-volume or time-sensitive messages.
